  • Forms of ownership other than individual or joint (Complex Trusts, Partnerships, LLC/C-Corp, Non-profits) may incur additional charges

  • Applicable if property EVER rented



*most revocable, grantor trusts (estate planning type trusts) will be billed at the base $800 rate
